Omega-shaped rigging shackles

Omega-shaped rigging shackles of G209 and G2130 types are made from high-quality carbon steel with a stable corrosion-resistant coating. They are used to connect various elements of rigging to each other, including when towing cargo. G209 type is equipped with a screw pin, which makes it convenient for operations that requires frequent changes of fastenings. G2130 type uses a bolt with a nut and safety cotter pin, which increases the reliability of the structure, since the bolt-type connection is not sensitive to torque (unlike screw-type connection). Also, if the bolt is damaged, it usually can be replaced, while the deformation of the screw can, in turn, cause damage to the internal thread, and the use of such shackle will not be possible in the future.
