Thimble DIN6899
Thimble is made from steel with subsequent application of zinc corrosion-resist coating. It is used to protect the wire rope from rubbing and creasing when forming a loop. When choosing the size of thimble, one should be focused on the diameter of the section of the wire rope. Application of thimbles produced by TOR Industries Company in the producing of wire rope slings ensures reliable protection of the loop section of the sling.
