Straight rigging shackles

Straight rigging shackles (U-shaped) of G210 and G2150 types are made from quality carbon steel with a stable corrosion-resistant coating. They are used to connect different rigging elements to each other, including when towing cargo. G210 type is equipped with a screw pin, which makes it convenient for carrying out operations that requires frequent changes of fastenings. G2150 type uses a bolt with a nut and safety cotter pin, which increases the reliability of the structure, since the bolt-type joint is not sensitive to torque (unlike a screw-type joint). Also, if the bolt is damaged, it usually can be replaced, while the deformation of the screw can, in turn, cause damage to the internal thread, and the use of such shackle will not be possible in the future.
